  • • ParseInbox is not liable for any financial losses, tax penalties, or errors resulting from the use of extracted data.

4. Payments & Refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

You agree to pay the fees associated with your selected subscription plan.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to upload:

Illegal, harmful, or malicious documents.

Documents containing sensitive personal health information (PHI) or other regulated data not suitable for standard cloud processing.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to abusing the API, sharing account credentials, or attempting to reverse-engineer the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ParseInbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of US, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
