We use your data solely to provide the Service:

• To extract data from your uploaded documents using Artificial Intelligence.
• To populate your connected Google Sheets with this extracted data.
• To communicate with you regarding your account and service updates.

4. Google User Data Policy (Limited Use Disclosure)

ParseInbox's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

✓ We do not use your Google Workspace data for advertising purposes.
✓ We do not sell your Google Workspace data to third parties.
✓ We only transfer data to our AI provider (Google Gemini) for the sole purpose of data extraction.

Documents

Uploaded PDFs are stored securely and are accessed only by the automated system for processing.

Extracted Data

Data parsed from your documents is stored in our database to provide your dashboard history and is sent to your connected Google Sheet.

We may share your data with the following third-party providers solely for the purpose of operating the Service:

Google Cloud / Gemini AI

For data extraction and hosting.

Mailgun

For processing inbound emails.

Lemon Squeezy

For payment processing and billing.
